Customer care takes a long time to respond.. collar I was sent was not correct size as advertised to begin with I had it personalised so therefore couldn’t send it back however on principal I have as i ordered small and without the martingale action it’s already 19 inch and paying €39.99 for a collar to start is pretty steep.. I’ve been offered 15% discount to buy another but a returning customer is offered same? How is that fair.. collar I purchased is no use to me so I sent it back
