I originally ordered the Kryp Low Pro, and it took about 5 days to find out it was out of stock. I understand things happen, but that’s something I feel should be communicated much sooner. Your team then offered a different color, which I agreed to.
After that, I didn’t receive any shipping updates, so I followed up. I was told it had shipped on Tuesday, but by Thursday there was still no track
