Ordered 2 chairs only received one, no correspondence on why there’s a delay on shipping the second one had to call and ask . Basically was told they don’t have the parts . Then customer service lady gave excuse's, took a 100$ off . Felt as if it was ya we don’t have the parts, here’s 100$ off just be happy with that and you’ll get it when you get it .
