It sure was nice to open up the box and see parts labeled "Proudly Made In The USA". Did not find one little gold sticker. That warmed my heart. (If you know what I mean) VYPER has it together ! The product is a little pricey BUT you do GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! GREAT company, GREAT service, GREAT product. MAAAYBE some day a loaded LOW PRO will be in my future! If your a veteran/military give them a call, as they also go above and beyond to help out those who have served our country.

The only thing with my experience was my chair was ordered for a Christmas present and it did not arrive when it was promised. It did arrive before Christmas but we had already left to go out of town. However, Viper stepped up and initiated the contact to me on the delay and said this is not their style and they want to help out with including the tool tray at no charge. I have to say this was unexpected but was above and beyond to have done this and it was initiated by them not me.
