On my original order, the item was missing. I contacted the company and they said they would ship it would that same day. I followed up 3 days later since there was not tracking. 6 days after the initial email to notify them of the missing item they created the shipping label. I responded, asked why it took so long to ship with and expected of 3-5 business days. Then they said next day. Still haven't received the towel and its arriving along the 3-5 business days time frame.
