Of 3 orders placed, only 1 was right. I was missing product and a free gram..when asked, was told I did it wrong. The email states it was a free gram for spending 125..the other buy 5/1 free was a different offer that, yes I did wrong. I was asked what I wanted, I said boof or triple gmo if need same wash. Was told we don't send a higher wash. I get it, being that I was shorted 3 grams and the freebie, the boof would have been a nice gesture for a new customer. I didn't even get an apology.

Ordering and shipping had no issues, but the quality of the products was a bit off - I ordered 8 grams of rosin in 4 different strains, and they're all the same dark caramel brown. The select wash ones make my throat and lungs hurt. I also got 2 rosin AIO vapes, one was free with purchase, and one of them wouldn't draw despite airflow. I ended up opening it and scraping the chamber into a dab rig and decided to consider that the free one. Not bad for the price overall.
