Ordered sever pair of pure, natural brown grey I received pure natural brown after many text back-and-forth of them trying to tell me that the order number on the box was correct and me sending photos that they were two different colors. No resolution was reached. I ordered like six pair 3 in prescription 3.75 and three with 0 prescription. The ones with zero prescription clearly show on the box. Pure natural brown grey and have a grey tent to them. The 3.75 pure, natural, brown, are brown. 🤬

If something goes wrong customer service can be difficult. I've had problems with 3 contacts and all I hear back is "we'll give you 75%of your next ones .. well that's not a refund and I never found out how. Plus your contacts have been having a tendency of falling out. Still love my colored contacts got to have them Just wish if there's a problem it could be handled better.
