I love how our picture turned out. It got delivered in no time. We will definitely order again.

It was really easy to order my second shipment of the Christmas flag and Christmas mat( which I have not received yet.) My first ordering experience was not as easy. The Fall yard flag and Fall mat were processed separately when I was supposed to get free shipping for an order over $70 which it was.

Shipping was quick.

The staff was exceptional even when I mistakenly emailed them the wrong company whom made our product insufficient. They immediately gave me a customer claim number. I didn't have to use it because the mistake wasn't from your company. They were very attentive and understanding. I was pleased and impressed.

Item took a long time to arrive. When this survey came it said if you aren’t happy reply and tell us why and we will fix it. So I did. The reply I received was a standard response. Per our policy we can’t do anything for you without a photo. But we will give you a discount if you want to reorder it and try again. Ummm no thank you!
