Communication was fantastic regarding my order.

Once I got the trees and got them planted it worked good, except for one tree.

Trees late and not what I was told they would be. All dried out and dead. No green buds!

Trees are very tiny and survival rate was 50% for the persimmons I bought. Planted in spring and never had a single leaf on them even until now (end of July) very disappointed.

I placed order in fall and recieved the trees in late May they were only half the size supposed to be however you offered full refund and cancel order or get 50% refund and keep order just smaller trees which i chose to do they seem to be doing well other than one I am pleased with my purchase and have place another order already

My bare root seedlings arrived in late May and were much smaller than I had anticipated or expected. One of the five never sprouted leaves even after weekly waterings.

Trees look great and and growing good

I ordered bare root mulberries, my order arrived well packaged and protected. The plants are budding nicely now, so very satisfied.

Have bought in the past different trees

There was no contact information, no was there an email I could respond to about my concerns. My son Son was extremely excited to get this plant. He tried a Paw Paw fruit on vacation in Virginia, that’s where the idea for the tree came from. I was disappointed to let him down.

Very nice shopping experience but i am sad one tree died

Customer service has been good. I need to take the time to send photos of all the dead trees for warranty which I have no doubt will be handled and new trees will be sent. The main reason for the 3 stars is all the time money and effort invested has yielded sub par results and because of that more time has to be invested into going through the warranty process, replanting process and a wasted growing season pushing back my time line of having producing trees.
