It took forever to arrive

Shipping took a long time and I have asked in a previous email about the return policy with still no response.

So far so good but I hope canceling my subscription to the oils is not a hassle.

Shipping was delayed

It took a lot longer than I would prefer for the diffuser to leave the warehouse and finally get shipped and on the road. I know once the product leaves the warehouse. It's up to the delivery team, but this was entirely too much time. At the warehouse, getting it packed up ready to ship.

Shipping took forever and diffuser is messy.

The product took forever to ship, and when it finally came I discovered that I wasted $150.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this purchase. The delivery took much longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, the product was much smaller than I anticipated based on the listing. I was also really disappointed with the oils. Other than the cinnamon, they had little to no noticeable fragrance at all. I ended up throwing all of them away because I knew I wouldn’t use them. Overall, this purchase did not meet my expectations, especially considering the wait and the quality

they charge you without being clear about policy and the quality of the product is beyound poor! Description does not match with what they send you! It's a scam.

Shopping was fine shipping from China took awhile

Shipping was okay, took some time to come and the oils are very expensive and you need to use it often and the smell is very medicinal. It is not a refreshing smell. Works well but not a great smell.
