They completed only 2/3rds of order and sent email saying "order complete" It took several days and several emails to get a brief "oops" and "should ship today" with no further contact til I emailed several days later asking "if shipped". It had been, but without notice to me. NOT A GOOD Experience. Will probably NOT ever do another order.

The book delivered to my daughter's mailbox, which was fine. The problem was that she was out of town, grandson gathered the mail and didn't notice the address on the book. I expected it to be delivered on the porch where other deliveries are left so I didn't think to check the mail. It all ended just fine.
