I wished to return but was unable due to the promo offered during purchase. The companies return policy is awful especially since their products aren’t even fashion nova quality. My experience is that the accessories are cheap and the clothing quality is poor. I am now forced to keep everything I purchased because there was a company discount applied. It’s as if even EMPRADA knows their stuff isn’t any good. I won’t be shopping with the store anymore.
