The customer service is horrible. I purchased an order on 7/1, it was expected to be delivered 7/7 and it’s now 7/23 and I still don’t have my purchase. I’ve contacted FedEx who stated they can’t find my package and to contact the shipper. I’ve been in contact with Emelia at emprada inconsistently for weeks now with no solution. They don’t respond to emails in a timely manner.They don’t offer refunds and haven’t sent a replacement item. It’s been weeks now, this should've been resolved.
