Disappointed with the quality and service. The design looked screen-printed online, but it’s actually a cheap plastic decal. The "Twilight" text looks bad in person. I tried to return it unused, but they wouldn’t help because it had already shipped. I expected better—especially after finding them on Instagram and wanting to support. Now I just want to resell it. Won’t be buying from this company again. Steer clear.

I also ordered a key chain, but received the wrong one. To be fair, when I reviewed my order it showed a different image from the key chain I really wanted. Went back to make the change, but the image remained the same wrong one. I thought maybe your system was simply confirming I ordered a key chain. I also tried going back into your website to order the correct key chain, but I can't get back in. I assume the traffic on your website is so much we've crashed the site! Will keep trying.

Not going to lie, I was a bit sceptic before I bought the items because at the end of the day you never know what kind of stores are outthere, especially when not a lot of people have written reviews (so please do everyone!). But everything went super smoothly. I live in Germany and from ordering to the items getting to me I think it took about two and a half weeks which is a good time. I will definitely order again because I love the items!
