Customer service absolutely refused to replace my lost free gift because I had purchased the insurance. Had I not done what they encourage and hadn't done this, the gift would have been replaced with the order. Customer service showed absolutely no understanding that I had specifically paid more to get the free gift and would only offer a discount less than the one I already get as a student.
