I like the variety of bones and treats. Delivery comes quickly. I don't like the emails that say save 20% or whatever % off your purchase, only to find it's for auto ship items. I don't like doing auto ship. If my dog doesn't like the bones and I forget to turn it off, then I have to return the bones or give them away. I wish a discount could be given randomly for regular purchases.
