My shopping experience has been good. I bought 4 bottles of wine. They arrived in very protective packaging. I bought the Drill Baby Drill pinot but got the chardonney. I was disappointed but anyone can make a mistake. It was good. I also bought 2 bottles of wine and sent it as a Christmas present to my sister. Please see above. I wrote most of this in the previous answer. When addressing problems you use a standard in a return email. You do not address problems that arise. All you do is state your policy. I know what your freaking policy says, but everything should be individualized, especially when you’re spending this kind of money on wine. I feel that you’re more unprofessional than anything.
