I was not happy with a color. Wanted to exchange but got a partial Credit. Not happy about that since credit won’t get me another color option. I had requested an exchange.

I had a great experience with revel. I was missing part of my order and reached out to the company to correct it. And they not only sent me the rest of my order but also through in a couple of free colors for me to try! Thank you so much Erin (sales associate for who helped me) and revel!

Wish they had physical gift cards

The best things about Revel Nail 1) the fun color changing dip powder 2) I really LOVE the "my collection" which is images of the colors I have purchased. It makes selecting a color to wear incredibly easy. I even created a pdf of my other colors from other brands bc I liked the idea of seeing what I had rather than looking at numbers/names.

the margin for human error is so vast. I've accidentally ruined my polishes 2x and I get so frustrated with my left hand being so unskilled but the product itself is really wonderful.

Learning so cant blame Revel but I did not receive what I ordered in addition to my entire order being held up by a backorder color. Once I called they resolved the issue by offering different options which was great.

Its a learning curve. But I love the idea of being able to do it myself for a fraction of the cost.

Only received half of my order and reached out to customer service. The representative was super helpful and I received the second half of my order within a few day. Good experience for first time customer

The product itself is very easy to use. Some of the colors are very different than advertised. There are also several more steps that make it a more professional look that are not in the directions. But overall, good quality.
