My mirror arrived and the image was slightly distorted. I contacted the customer service and asked what should I do to return it. The customer service said I had to do nothing and they will send me a new one. They only asked to send pictures so the quality control could improve and make sure this does not happen again. A few weeks later the mirror arrived. Absolutely amazing
