I ordered the Barista version using a 10% welcome discount. It had a strong, unpleasant aftertaste that made my coffee unenjoyable. MYOM refused a refund, citing taste preference and discount code exclusions, despite me only opening 1 pouch and having 11 unopened. For a company focused on sustainability, it's surprising they don't use organic oats and refusing refunds risks unnecessary waste. Poor customer service and I think I will continue with Overherd as a more sustainable option
