Honored the return policy but still waiting for the return shipping label.

High quality response to questions.

The shipping was a little delayed but customer service responded to each inquiry quickly and that reassured me!

I made a mistake on the sizing of my 2nd order of shoes. It was very difficult to find a way to contact the company. I finally found an email. They returned my email three days later and told me it was the wrong email address. I emailed that address, but by that time the order had been shipped. It will eventually all get resolved, but it would’ve been wonderful if I had had an easy way to contact them.

Ordered two pairs of the unisex Pickelball shoes. The order stayed the delivery would take 14 days I received them in 10. I don’t need an extra insole as others have suggested. They were great right out of the box.

Very long delivery time

Although you’re quick to respond, I find your timing for delivery and returns not so great. I’m still waiting for a return label. I’d like my refund now. I think it’s been like a month since I received the original shoes and they’re still sitting here waiting to be returned.

U say no questions asked for returns , and all you’ve done is ask me questions .. no action to return and refund !!!

You talk about a money back guarantee but that is not the case. I would never order from you again.

I measured my feet but should have gone with my known size. They were too small even after wearing for a week. Thank you for replacing them.

I am waiting for the return label to return the 9.5 pairs because while I almost always wear a 9.5....they were a tad too snug. I am happy with the size 10.

Deceptive advertising. Quality was not as advertised. Wrong sizes sent. Problem getting a return label although my money was promptly returned have been waiting weeks for return label

I normally wear an 8.5….but actually needed the 9-9.5 size. Great email communication to get me the size i needed after first pair didnt fit

I like the comfort and stability on outdoor surfaces (asphalt), but the soles of the shoes wear out prematurely. I'm very disappointed. When playing indoors, the shoes leave a lot of marks on the wooden floors. After only one month, I can no longer use my shoes on a wooden floor because they aren't slip-resistant enough.

It was fine, just too bad the product is not better.

I like the whole design of the shoe but the soles wear fast…..I probably go through a pair in less than a month

It took over a month for my shoes to arrive….way too much time

I was so happy to find a court shoe with a wide toe box! Please, please make some improvements as you’ve stated and I am hopeful Muuv/Cuurt shoes could be a number one pickleball shoe.

Saw an add on face book and since I always have issues with finding a wide toe box I decided to give these a try. I was out of the country when the shoes arrived but everything was in great shape when I got home. Very pleased after using them for the past 3 weeks. Perfect amount of room in toe box. I would purchase these again and highly recommend.
