Shipping took a little longer than expected

I recommend this shoe to anyone who needs a wide toe box in their shoes.

It took a about 3 weeks for the shoe to arrive. I think that is too long compared to my other online shopping experiences. But the support and response I get is prompt and attentive.

Everything has been good, just wasn't expecting the slow shipping from the European warehouse. That wasn't disclosed up front, at least I didn't see anything indicating that. The concept of these shoes is great and the fit has been the best I've found. I'm really liking my shoes and just recommended them to my son as well. My insoles came damaged, it's on me I didn't report that the plastic was broken upon arriving, but doesn't seem to affect performance too much. Keep it up!

The exchange process to get a larger shoe took a while. The communication with the company for the exchange was very good.

Enjoyed the shoes for the most part. Those my toe has bruised bc my foot slides a bit 2 much inside.

it would have been nice to know that they would be coming much later then most shoes. We didn't find this out until the order was placed.

The experience was good the shoes came fairly quickly. However, my friend ordered two pairs in Navy and Dark Grey. I was going to buy the the grey ones from her but they were too short on my left foot even though they were the same size as mine.

Good service and seem to really care

The sizing conversation was a bit frustrating. When I asked whether a 38 was the right size after trying it on and feeling like it was large, the CS rep responded that it was unisex sizing and that was the proper size for a 6.5W. I responded that I have purchased European sized shoes in the past, and I have always bought 36 or 37. I ended up having to exchange for a 37. I also emailed twice asking about the inserts, and I have not received a response.
