It would be helpful to have easy instructions/procedure for returns and exchanges. Customer service so far has been good. It took several weeks for the order to arrive, and when I emailed asking them to check on my order, a representative answered my email within a couple days and informed me the package was in transit. My overall impression is good. I'd just like to make an exchange so I can start enjoying my shoes.

With the shoes coming from Europe, it took three weeks to receive the shoes. No mention was made about taking this long to receive them, nor did I receive a notice as to the delay. The shoes were an amazing deal the BOGO free. They seem well made and should last.
