Great advertising and marketing, straightforward delivery but in a catch 22 now. Loved the trainers when I were them the first couple of times as my toes were no longer pinching but the hard toe area is impacting on my big toe Nails. Decision now is whether to continue to wear the trainers as they are comfortable while I am playing and no longer pinching my toes but knowing it’s going to cause a Sports injury with damaging the Nail bed of both of my big toenails

The shoes did not fit to size and the toe box is surprisingly narrow considering the claims made. The company is not interested in entertaining returns. When through 10 email exchanges before they would agree to a return. Don’t waste your money.

Your customer service is horrible! I have no choice but to go public if you do not send me a return label. It has been almost 2 weeks now all I want is a return label or an address where I can send back my unworn unused brand new shoes that did not fit. I ordered a size too big. But all you keep telling me is that you're working on it and reviewing my request. You have no customer service phone number and I keep getting messages and emails from different people. Very disappointing!
