Apparently my order was returned to the company at German customs and I never received a notice from Muuv. I had to reach out and inquire about the whereabouts of the order, and then had to keep reaching out for a status. You need to set expeditions on time it takes for a purchase to arrive to consumer. I ordered January 1 and got shipment on jan 26. It “shipped” jan 15. I would never order something that was going to take a month to arrive. I was leaving the country and wanted them, very frustrating. Communicate !

These would be the single best pickleball shoes if they improved on one thing. The sole didn't last beyond 15 hours of play. I love the way they fit and fell, but if the sole of the shoe goes bald in under 15hours of play, I’ll have to look elsewhere for shoes. Such a shame.
