In NJ, there's no sales tax on sneakers, even if it says Pickleball Court sneakers; only specific sneakers such as the spiked running shoes, soccer sneakers, etc. are taxable. But when you order from their website, they charged sales tax and when I emailed them to request for refund of my tax money, they said they'd check into it, never got back to me.
