Took a bit longer than I anticipated to receive the product.

I ordered wrong size and they were very helpful getting me the correct size

Poor product. Polite customer service but don't really help at all

Long time for shipping and no communication with shipper or transit company. I had to figure out on my own where my order was in transit. It was sitting in a location near me but they couldn’t figure out my address but no one contacted me about it. It would have continued to sit if I hadn’t called the shipping come. The shoes are subpar. I’ve only worn them for 15 or less games and the tread is already starting to wear down.

The website was easy to use. When I first received an email asking about my experience and I responded that I hadn't received my order your customer service responded promptly and informed me when I could expect my order

My only advice is to let customers know the anticipated delivery timeframe. We are spoiled with instant gratification for sure, but most of us can wait as long as we know that is part of the deal.

Email replies are back but NO ACTION

I have repeatedly asked for a refund. I have gotten SEVERAL emails back giving me excuses after excuses on how you would make it right but never would send me a shipping label. The latest excuse is that you are backed up with shipping labels. I want my refund now! I am done waiting- I needed a replacement pair of shoes because I play every day- I thought I’d try you. That’s a definite no go now- especially since your customer service is offensive and fake. I need my refund so I can go purchase a

Response to my comments is quick. I think you need a Beta Group. Develop a better shoe starting with the already great toe box. Charge more if you have to.

These were replacement for a return and the whole experience was great.

They seemed to help with my plantar problems. But wearing out after 2 weeks of play is unacceptable!

they were very responsive to my concerns about my first pairs, sending me a replacement to try with a more durable sole. Unfortunately, they didn't perform any better than the previous pair

Great communication when asking questions about shipping details.

Shipping took way too long and your shoes are cheaply made. The sole is worn almost off after wearing them only 5 sessions
