I really had to search to find out where my order was. Aramex notified me of the delivery at my address, although it never happended. When I contacted Aramex, was told it was in fact delivered. Although nowhere to be found. I then mailed SBO who said it's at Postnet (2km away). Used the ref nr given, although Postnet said there was no order of that ref nr. Thankfully the woman searched the system and found it by chance.
Something wrong with the SBO system and poor communication too.
