I've been trying since August 19th and today is September 6 and still no final decisions from the company who offered a partial refund with a 15% discount on next order, but not response from company on as to when I would receive or if it's being processed. Very slow and poor customer service. It took three emails to get a return address should I return it. Even then they offered a partial refund but nothing.
