Hold your full order because they can't be bothered telling you a product that was in stock when ordered was actually undergoing some packaging changes so wasn't actually available so rather than sending out what was available and advising that the other item will be sent out as soon as it was available they held my full order for nearly 1 month whilst having very little help from customer service!
