I've already explained in my other comments- didnt get my order due to order being sent to my previous address. Customer Services responded after the order had been shipped so couldn't help and Royal mail couldn't help or redirect my order. Lost money and didn't get my order. You should have a telephone line or a means of communication for urgent queries.
