I'm afraid I'm not impressed. They're not being stored properly and/or too long because the smell of rancid oil comes from them. Either that or you overuse oil.
I had an issue with your crackling with so much of it being over cooked and carbonised so I thought . I'd try the crunch but with all these issues, I can't see a return purchase unless these issues are looked at and resolved.
