Returns were easy. Navigating the site was easy. Overall the shopping experience was fine. The only reason I gave a 4 stars and not a 5 were because I couldn’t remember the name of the suits I had already looked at and then when I went to look at other styles, I would not know what to click on on the drop down menu to view a new style. The name of the suit styles didn’t make sense to me.

I was cornered into doing a refund. I initially asked for an exchange with a size that said it was in stock. A day later I got a gift card. I told them nothing on their website was available in my size and asked about restock on inventory. They said they had no restock for inventory and the only way I could get my size was if a return was made. So I asked for a refund. Even though all these circumstances were their fault they still took shipping out of my refund and made me pay. Poor business.
