Customer service was poor and lacking the fact that I proved that it was delivered to the wrong address and still not reimbursed for my Ring just told they were gonna send another one which I didn’t think was gonna be appropriate considering the first one didn’t come to me and I had to jump through hoops to show it didn’t get delivered to me wasn’t gonna a chance getting another ring made that’s a couple hundred dollars and put through the mail again
