oof between customer support gaslighting and the out of date and hidden policies on the site its been a really rough ride. Cole was able to come to a solution that satisfied me but until I see policy changes on the site I can't recommend this company to anyone

The customer service was polite enough, but not helpful when neither size thumb nails fit correctly.. now I’m stuck with 8 nails that fit and two unusable thumb nails

No options. If these are made to order why can’t they be shorter

I thought the nails fit well enough despite them being all different sizes from what I ordered so I tried wearing them, but it turns out that the sizes were too far off for the nails to be comfortable. Now I can't return them for "hygienic reasons" so I'm stuck with $140 worth of nails I can't wear and facing spending the same amount just to get 3 single nails to fix the ones that are really off.

Amazing. The customer service team is wonderful and I only have positive things to say about the company.

I know a lot of people think that the nails are expensive, but they are absolutely worth the money. They are of amazing quality and easy to maintain. They are easy to apply and clean after use. You will have this set forever.

I first came across the TikTok page and was excited at what I saw, but at the time were all sold out. But soon after the drop came and didn’t hesitate. I love how clean and minimal the shop page is.
