Everything went very well and smooth, unless I missed it I was never given a notification my personal picture/description of the valleycard was received. My order was and an email was sent out, but when I custom made the card I kind of just sat and hoped they got it, which they did and it was perfect but was a tough week waiting and hoping as the only email I got after the purchase was that my order went out, the custom part is a separate part of the transaction.
