I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vintage Stitch. I ordered a shirt well in advance of Christmas—over a month ago—and I still have not received it. Despite my numerous emails to customer service, I struggled to get a response. When I finally managed to reach someone, I was told that my package had arrived at the carrier in America, but there were no updates available on the tracking link.
Unfortunately, this delay meant I was unable to give the shirt as a gift, which is incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, Vintage Stitch is refusing to refund me for the amount I paid. They seem to be very quick to ask for reviews and promote their products, but much slower when it comes to resolving issues or processing refunds.
Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from Vintage Stitch. The lack of communication and poor customer service leave much to be desired. Save your money and look elsewhere!
