Customer service is non-existent. Immediately after the order was placed, I realized the size of the shirt was incorrect and I emailed for assistance. While I received a standard “we have received your email and will reply within 24-48 hours” I never heard back. I emailed no less than 5 times in a week. Nothing. So of course the shirt was not only the wrong size, but was late as well. Order was placed early December and it arrived after Christmas.
