Everythinh was good.. but the courier partner isn’t reliable.. they dont call to check up on you., mark the update as premises closed but i wqs qlways available at home.. its just that its a buildinh and you have to press the buzzer, they tried for 3 days i beliver .. but no phone no was available on the tracking page .. i was afraid it will be sent back.. but thank god , i got it .. may be they my neighbours got it ;; it was lying outside my door one day ..

I lost $40 because your customer service was unresponsive

No response from customer service. It’s been more than a week

The large was bigger than expected. Shipping took a while and tracking was funky overall, I did not love the placement of my photos. I personally would not purchase anything else from here, but it wasn’t horrible. Can wear it for bed.

I hate it! If a picture is uploaded with a landscape orientation it’s probably a good idea to leave it as a landscape orientation. My picture with the upright so it looks weird and messed up the whole shirt. After waiting for almost one month to get my shirt it was a waste of money and time as it will never be worn

Not what I expected

I tried multiple times to contact customer service to update my address after realizing it was incorrect. Unfortunately, I never received proper assistance, and my order was never delivered. The lack of support was frustrating, and not being able to change something so simple left me very disappointed. It’s disappointing that there isn’t a more efficient system to handle these situations. I hope customer service improves to prevent others from experiencing the same issues.
