I placed my order on Mon 10/28 and never received my product. Every time I contacted Vintage Stitch they would send obscure tracking link/info. I was told it would take up to 13 business days for delivery. Now it is Sat 12/7 and I’ve given up. The tracking information in the link they provided has not updated since 11/11 and there has been no clarity from customer service after multiple attempts. Obviously, I would like my money refunded but it appears the company has ghosted me. I would recommend purchasing similar products from a different company.
