It was fine. after purchasing the lemon i'd say every other ad on Instgram was for said device, but that is the fault of the algorithm I suppose, not "Hello Nancy", and, had the device been at all interesting, I would not have minded. Shipping, communications and packaging were fine, if anything their fault is leading one to believe that the package would deliver some kind of a pleasurable result.
