I can't find any information on how to use the Waxing 101 tutorials. Why is that not in the description? I didn't receive half of my order and I've been trying to figure out what happened and how to get it. the shipping policy says you use USPS but my missing order is with Amazon Logistics, so I don't why that is. I really needed those products for my studio last week. Now I'm going to have to spend more money through a different company because I'm definitely not going to depend on this again. Ok, update: I'm sorry for being crazy, and thank you for being professional even though I haven't been thus far. I hope it can get resolved soon
