It took longer to deliver my watch but it’s worth the wait

I don't love or dislike the experience. I worked my way through the offerings.

Product was a joke. Kept glitching, every time I emailed in regards to returning the item I was told to try something different, download a new app, reset, etc. nothing worked. It's been sitting in a draw ever since as its too unreliable to bother. Don't waste your Money!!!!

Says product is coming from Canada and will take 3 to 5 days. It comes from China and takes over 2 weeks and when the watch stopped working after 1 week there is very little/delayed help

It looked great in the adverts but did not deliver what I wanted. The return postage costs should be covered by the seller not the purchaser. Its the first time that I have ever been asked to pay for the return of an item that is not fit for pupose.

Took a very long time to receive. Shipping program was uninformative. Cannot change temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Clock face changes to not work and the watch faces that will come up look cartoonist. Looked to be a very nice watch, but performance is very poor and disappointing. How do I return for refund?

Took too long to get the watch paired with the phone. I can't make calls using my phone because of the watch. If I could get that figured out I would like it a lot better.

Always responsive and great product with enviable battery life.

Took a long time to get help not everyone is the same as your engineers.

Easy to set up and use

Again, $180 for the materials and it works worse than my $30 version. it took 3 weeks to ship and that was because it sat in the company building the whole time. Unbelievable

It's a nice watch, with many features. I bought it specifically for the GPS function, but I don't see where that is actually used. Perhaps in the workouts it tracks distances, but there is no real app that let's me know exactly where I am. The compass app does not seem to work at all. I get a calibration screen that never goes away. The BP app is fairly accurate and a good check. Would I buy it again... Maybe.

Fantastic

Easy to setup, charges incredibly quickly and lasts a long time (between charges). Physiological measurements are pretty good and even though bluetooth disconnects if you go too far from your phone, it reconnects and syncs easily. The app itself is ok, needs a bit more work in terms of units, time and summary data as these are not consistent and some just don't make sense. Would also be awesome if there was a way to download data and/or link to other health apps/systems.

I received a defective watch and so far I'm disappointed with how GardPro is handling the situation. To be continued......
