The original package was squashed flat during shipping and arrived very late. I took photos to prove this, and the company sent me another bottle which arrived OK, but it still took a long time. India is the country of origin for this company which is a considerable distance through many carriers before it gets to the U.S.! I would have liked receiving updates without asking, particularly given the cost of the items. There were times when I wondered if the company was legitimate.
