I reached out because one of my watches is defective and I have yet to hear back. In general, the watches are not great quality. The green face watch stops and starts are various times. The white and lavender faced watches have slow hour hands, so if it’s 3:45, the hour hand is still at or before 3 rather that 3/4 of the way to 4.

The watches are beautiful although the packaging mold was loose. All 3 of the watches were at the bottom of the box, lugging around when I opened them. It could have been damaged. For a beautiful watch like Clarine, it would be in your company's best interest to secure the product rather than getting a complaint from a customer who received a damaged watch.
