Never received a confirmation email for my order and regardless of multiple attempts to fix this problem it never was. I was just sent a screenshot instead. Shipping was so so so expensive yet I still ended up with the surprise charge of duties upon delivery. And it took over 2 weeks to get here. I kinda expected better from such a highly regarded brand on social media. It was disappointing because I follow the momtok girls and they always talk so highly of this brand so I was expecting more.
