I was charged £40 for a subscription without any knowledge of it. There was no mention of it anywhere nor a reminder was sent to inform us that the amount was about to be taken from my bank. This has important repercussions on my finances. There's no way to cancel the order and to get my money back I have to wait for the parcel to be delivered and then send it back. Awful experience I'll never buy from this website again
