I was emailed and asked to verify that my equipment was compatible with the attachment. I emailed back with the model number and specifications of my equipment. I didn't hear back so I assumed that the attachment was compatible. Well, it is not. I can not attach it to the front of my equipment. It attaches to the side which is not the way it's supposed to be used. I'm very disappointed! Geo S.

I think there should be more communication after the purchase and before delivery. I bought it and then didn’t really hear anything for a while. And then after it delivered too. Now’s the time to upsell the customer on other products and attachments and stuff. Email is what most companies do but a phone call would feel more premium and personal

Overall the quality appears to be good. Instructions were good but you need to really pay attention to pictures or else you'll have to un assemble it and it will drive you crazy but if you pay attention then its all good but does take hours to set up

So far I have been very impressed by Mikolo and the value that they offer. I have issues motivating myself to get to the gym, so I thought that building a home gym would help me out in that regard, but I also love using all of the gym equipment for my workouts, and these products give you the ability to have that gym level versatility while also not breaking the bank buying the commercial gym equipment.
