I am contacting you to file a formal complaint regarding the bracelet I received, as it does not match the advertised product image and the features described on your website.
Specifically:
The design/model received is not the same as the one shown in your “Hora” advertisement image.
The material does not appear to be hematite as advertised.
The bracelet does not match the magnetization/“magnetic” features promoted in your marketing.
Please advise how you will resolve this

El producto entregado es una chapa con el nombre elegido, cuando yo solicite una composición gráfica con las letras, que además les confirme que era eso lo que quería y ustedes me confirmaron que era eso lo que me iba a enviar
Llevo esperando meses para que ni siquiera me entreguen lo que quería.
Desilusión total con esta tienda, desde luego no puedo recomendarlo y tampoco pienso darle otra oportunidad puesto que solo he tenido problemas con ello.
Intentaré ver cómo devolverlo.
