I recently purchased these shoes, and while the quality is good, the after-sales service is extremely disappointing. I ordered size 7, which usually fits me, but needed size 8 this time. Although I accepted that returns may not be allowed, my exchange request was also denied. Now my money is blocked, and I cannot even wear the shoes. Very poor customer service. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the brand.
