Deeply disappointed – Poor attention to detail "I was really looking forward to adding Zaydn to my collection, but the brand fell short on the basics. I ordered a specific colorway to fit a precise look, but received a completely different color instead. This mistake ruined the entire purpose of the purchase and the 'premium' image the brand tries to project. High end branding doesn’t mean much if the fulfillment process is unreliable. Hoping for a quick resolution, but this was a major letdown
