The service is pathetic, didn't like the product and wanted to return the product but there's no option, it's like customer is in trap after paying the price. The amount Zaydn spends in meta/google ads, they should work on smoothening the delivery and return process. I ordered the shoes because someone recommend it but now you lost 2 customers for life.
